As part of the theme 'Trapped Waste', the diptych above was created on a hardboard panel totaling 1.60 meters in length. The title on the left has a double meaning: 'Michelin seeks tire', partly referring to the enormous quantities of car tires scattered all over the world. The Michelin men have become collector's items. "My" little man has been renovated and is getting a second life. My Michelin man was looking for a tire with a tire. That is what he told me. That is why I gave him a piece of tire. That is less lonely, even though it is only half a tire, but still... he now has at least another HALF!

Title on the right: 'Fallen Mirror'. Mirror, mirror on the wall, who... oh, who... is the fairest of them all? Beauty in decay? Or... does recycling play a role in old age? Just like with people? And how do you look in the mirror? As far as I'm concerned, they can renovate it, preferably for another 100 years, but not as waste!
